David Cetron is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in commercial litigation. He specializes in representing individuals and businesses across various civil matters, including civil rights, contract disputes, corporate dissolutions, construction litigation and defamation actions.
David Cetron also serves as Special Counsel and Supervisor at a boutique corporate investigations firm in New York. In this role, he oversees the litigation support unit, consulting with clients and counsel to develop and implement investigation plans for major law firms and financial institutions.
Mr. Cetron held a significant position in the Office of the District Attorney, Kings County, from August 1994 to July 2003. As Deputy Bureau Chief, Trial Bureau II, he supervised assistant district attorneys, managed misdemeanor criminal prosecutions, and handled all aspects of criminal trial advocacy.
