Having graduated from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, I bring a distinctive background that includes a joint-degree in Women’s Studies and Economics from Hunter College.

My internship experiences in both civil and criminal courts across New York City have earned me a Gold Level Public Service Award for my dedication to excellence in Public Service.
Specifically, at the Nassau County District Attorney’s office, I collaborated closely with the Special Victims Bureau, supporting attorneys in trial preparation for cases involving violent sexual offenders and vulnerable sex abuse victims.

David Cetron

Of Counsel

David Cetron is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in commercial litigation. He specializes in representing individuals and businesses across various civil matters, including civil rights, contract disputes, corporate dissolutions, construction litigation and defamation actions. David Cetron also serves as Special Counsel and Supervisor at a boutique corporate investigations firm in New York. In this role, he oversees the litigation support unit, consulting with clients and counsel to develop and implement investigation plans for major law firms and financial institutions.

Gerald Allen

Of Counsel

Gerald Allen served as First Deputy Bureau Chief of the Kings County D.A.’s Criminal Court Bureau from 1994-96. As a high-level decision maker essentially running the operations of this bureau, he trained and supervised scores of prosecutors. He has lectured at the police academy and various bar associations on New York DWI issues. Since entering into private criminal defense practice, Mr. Allen has built a reputation as one of New York’s most formidable Criminal defense attorneys and a versatile criminal trial lawyer adept at handling the most serious and complex charges, as well as §1983 cases involving violations of federally protected civil rights.
