Patricia M. Silver, Esq.
Ms. Silver is a founding member of the firm. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the firm, having practiced law in Florida since 1975. During that time she has tried numerous cases in both state and federal courts, not only in Florida, but in New York, Pennsylvania and California as well, and in various administrative tribunals. She has not only arbitrated and mediated cases, but has acted both as an arbitrator and as a mediator. Her practice includes appeals and she has argued before the Florida Supreme Court, making new law still in effect today.
Ms. Silver is well respected among her peers as both a trial lawyer and an appellate lawyer, and is considered a zealous advocate at all levels. She is a magnet for complex cases often shunned by other attorneys, which are her forte. She has published in the Florida Bar Journal and served as an adjunct professor at the University of Miami School of Law.
Ms. Silver is results oriented and sensitive to her clients’ particular needs. She is involved in every case in the firm, ensuring that the highest quality standards are maintained.
Over the years her clients have included foreign governments, banks, airlines, real estate developers, hospitals, general contractors, insurance companies, medical professionals, business entities of all types, and of course, individuals.
