John W. Annesser, Esq.
Mr. Annesser is an associate of the Firm and practices in the area of commercial litigation, international transactions, environmental and land use and general litigation matters. Before joining the Firm in 2012, Mr. Annesser owned and operated two construction businesses in Florida. In 2008, Mr. Annesser was elected to the Board of Directors for the Florida Keys Contractors Association, an organization representing all contractors in Monroe County, Florida. He still serves as the board’s legal consultant.
Mr. Annesser represents numerous corporate clients, both international and domestic, on matters including commercial litigation, business development, licensing, corporate acquisitions and asset management. Mr. Annesser also represents numerous non-corporate clients on matters including matters pertaining to land use, tort liability, asset protection, construction defects, and trust & estate planning.
Mr. Annesser has represented clients with cases pending in the Sixteenth Judicial Circuit Court of Florida, the Eleventh Judicial Circuit Court of Florida, the Florida Third District Court of Appeals, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, the First District Court of Appeals, and the Florida Division of Administrative Hearings.
